“ Outsourcing our initial MPS sales training to an organization that understands the market and has the experience of actually delivering Managed Print Services was critical. The Photizo Group fit the bill perfectly, and delivered a structured, interactive training workshop that has established the foundations of our approach moving forward. We commend Photizo on their professionalism and for delivering real value to the GCG MPS team. They are now considered an important partner in our MPS sales and marketing plans for the future. ”

Photizo Group predicts increased MPS engagements in Middle East markets
January 19, 2010 – Lexington, KY – Despite differences in nationalities and cultures, a managed print services (MPS) training session in Dubai revealed common interest in the sales processes and stages of MPS engagement. Over 20 reseller sales and management professionals attended the interactive two-day MPS training session, sponsored by the Gulf Commercial Group for their dealers and other resellers from as far away as Africa. Managed print services research and consulting firm, The Photizo Group, conducted the training.
The high level of interest points to significant growth potential for markets in the Middle East, as resellers become more skilled at MPS engagements. “Based on participants’ background, there are already spots of MPS expertise in the unlikeliest of places. It won’t be long before we see a great deal more MPS activity and effective engagements in these regions,” said Ed Crowley, CEO and Senior Partner of the Photizo Group. Crowley contributed as an instructor in the MPS training.

“Although we were far from home, and there were many differences, we were all speaking the same MPS language. While the business potential in the Middle East and Africa regions is more modest than other geographies, being prepared at the early stages of the market is a big advantage for companies committed to a comprehensive MPS program,” said Crowley.
The Photizo Group offers on-site dealer training in both Europe and the Middle East to help dealers in those markets develop effective MPS capabilities. For information on Photizo MPS training programs, contact Photizo Group Senior Consultant Steven Swift at sswift@photizogroup.com.
