   Ramsey, NJ – August 1, 2012 – Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) is pleased to announce that all business operations for Kentucky-based OfficeWare have been integrated into Konica Minolta Business Solutions. OfficeWare, a regional full-service business equipment dealership, was acquired in October 2011 and with the integration completed will change its name to Konica Minolta.

   OfficeWare’s Louisville, Lexington and Bowling Green, Kentucky; Evansville, Indiana; and Marion, Illinois offices now serve the newly created Kentucky/Indiana Market for Konica Minolta Business Solutions.
