Scottsdale, AZ. – August 6, 2012 – At last month’s World Expo & Managed Print Summit in Las Vegas, July 17th through the 19th, MWA Intelligence (MWAi) was proud to participate in a ground breaking show that offered great keynotes by Tod Pike from Samsung and Charlie Grace from EFI along with the successful launch of the Technology United alliance and the spectacular introduction of SAP to the dealer community.
During the next few months, MWAi is proud to announce that they will continue to build on the excitement realized at World Expo by attending a series of important conferences, meetings and shows including BPCA, CDA and BTA events, along with a handful of Dealer Advisory meetings where MWAi will be presenting and showcasing the company's recent game changing developments and updates.
It is predicted that the number of connected devices in the world will reach 50 BILLION in 2020. In this rapidly emerging connected world or machine-to-machine (M2M) era, coping with big data, security and visualization of the devices will require advanced and high-level managed services that are supported by business and service intelligence solutions. MWAi has been a proactive industry leader in this M2M initiative, establishing enterprise-class machine-to-machine and machine-to-people (M2M/M2P) solutions and infrastructure in order to serve their customers better with leading edge technologies and solutions to resolve problems and requirements in the fast changing, growing market and business opportunities.
Our vision and commitment to managing workforce and assets with intelligence has directed us to on-going development of the "MWAi Platform", and has also created strong partnerships with world prestigious companies such as Intel and Samsung for unique embedded solutions, which create a virtual business center and/or service center inside of the future intelligent machines connected with the MWAi Platform. MWAi has further extended their partnerships by spearheading the formation of the unprecedented Technology United, the industry’s first real "force multiplier" alliance that defines a new wave of innovation; combining people, integration and technology to bring intelligent, interconnected solutions to the imaging channel and beyond that customers can benefit from to quickly build and deliver their own unique managed service offerings.
These platforms and partnership have been built upon MWAi’s industry leadership and expertise as well as their strong intellectual property strategy, which is a foundation that embraces and protects MWAi’s future business growth. Key to this intellectual property strategy is protection of MWAi’s proprietary technology through development of its M2M/M2P patent portfolio. A cornerstone of this patent portfolio is US Patent No. 7,769,619 entitled “Automated Business Machine Management.” This groundbreaking patent covers processes for automating management of business machines, including copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines and combination machines. Additional patent applications are pending that will further expand the patent portfolio.
MWAi has been and continues to be dedicated to driving innovation and its expanding patent portfolio represents continued recognition of MWAi’s efforts. MWAi will be bringing its proprietary and patented technology to the industry with the expectation that it will rapidly become the “gold standard” for machine-to-machine and machine-to-people solutions.
