It's Hot In Houston!
Managed Print Services Connect (Aug 7 2012) Blogs , Workflow

I attended the recent Xerox Focus Forward road show as it passed through the Houston area last week. The very hot and humid Houston area. My goodness.
I enjoyed having the opportunity to speak with so many end users that are considering the advantages of adopting an MPS program for their company or organization. The audience had many questions but I believe the most shared area of concern was focused on “relationships”. They asked many questions that acknowledge the importance of the long term relationship that they are considering entering into.
I’m not going to comment on individual companies, and who’s the best, etc. I will say that I think the end users asking this question show great insights and have the best chance at a successful MPS program.
