1. All Covered Acquires Compuquip's Managed Services Unit

    1. All Covered Tuesday said it has acquired the managed services division of Compuquip Technologies of Miami, expanding All Covered's footprint in South Florida. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. While All Covered will assume control of Compuquip's MSP unit, Compuquip will retain its security solutions business as well as subsidiaries Blue Wave Communications, which offers cabling installation, and BrightGauge Software, which offers custom reporting and customer portal tools for MSPs.
