      Xerox is making another push into the SMB market segment, and managed print services is once again at the vanguard. The company best known for its photocopiers and document management technologies says solution providers are using MPS as a defensive offering to keep competitors out of accounts. But, they say, it’s also a great offensive weapon for expanding revenues and market share.
