PREO SOFTWARE INC. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:PKM). The Corporation announces that it is insolvent by virtue of its inability to secure additional working capital. Consequently, the Corporation will be ceasing business operations today and terminating all staff. All officers and directors of the Corporation have resigned.
