BT, the European managed services provider, will manage the global network services for Bristol-Myers Squibb through 2017. The two companies originally signed the managed services contract in 2005 and officially extended their current contract in early January 2012. The extended global network services contract covers all of Bristol-Myers' wide area and local area networks; remote access, voice and telephony infrastructure; pharmaceutical-based compliance management; and network security services throughout all Bristol-Myers' locations.
